In a bowl, season chicken pieces all sides, let rest for 5 min. Place in large tight lidded food storage container. Add Bubi’s Sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Lid and shake well till evenly coated. Place in fridge for 2 days and shake up 2 times a day.
Bake or BBQ until an instant-read meat thermometer inserted into the thickest chicken piece reads min 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
**If baking cook skin up uncovered and use Preheated oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Finish under broiler to darken and crispen skin for best appearance.
**if BBQ’ing I prefer a pellet wood bbq at 350 F starting with skin side down
