INGREDIENTS
- 4 slices of whole wheat bread or 3/4 cup bread–crumbs
- 1 ½ lb. ground chicken
- 1 small onion (about ½ cup)
- 1-2 garlic cloves minced
- ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
- ½ tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp Montreal steak spice
- 1 large egg
- 3 oz. Spicy Bubi’s Sauce®
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place the ingredients into a food processor and pulse till course chopped and until thoroughly Transfer into a large bowl
- Using wet hands, take a spoonful of mixture and make into an oval patty. Form on bamboo skewers shaping into logs. Use plastic wrap to separate layers.
- Refrigerate the Kaftas until ready to cook. The cold helps them set firm
- Cook till internal temp is 165°F
