BACON BLUE CHEESE STEAK SALAD

INGREDIENTS

• Bacon Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 1 tbsp. Balkan style 6-10% plain yogurt
  • 3 tbsp. Original Bubi’s Sauce®
  • 1 tbsp. blue cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp. real bacon bits
  • Salt and pepper to taste
• Salad
  • 6-8 thin slices of steak
  • 4-6 leaves of romaine lettuce
  • 1 tbsp. real bacon bits
  • 1/4 tomato chopped
  • 5-7 slices of cucumber
  • Thinly sliced red onion to taste
  • 1 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Add dressing ingredients to a small bowl, mix until combined
