VEGGIE STIR FRY

INGREDIENTS

  • Assorted Veggies (6 cups)
  • Ginger Optional (1 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Pepper (1/4 teaspoon)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Finely chop ginger and set aside. Chop veggies into large chunks, season with salt and pepper and generously toss and coat in Bubi’s Sauce. Add sesame oil to a fry pan and turn heat on high, add ginger and veggies and cook until veggies are tender, stirring frequently.
